Can't leave less then one star which is still too many for them. Why would they even have collect + if you can't handle it. Had parcels due to be delivered here before Christmas and they kept refusing them for 2 weeks until I changed location. Now after Christmas had a parcel delivered there on the 31st of December been to pick up and was told system is down and that I should come next day. I asked if he's sure being the 1st of January he assured me it should be fine. I went on the 1st and system still down he said it will be fixed by the evening and I should come next day. Guess what next day system is not fixed because the people were on holiday and its getting fixed tomorrow on Monday. Why could they just say that the first time even after I asked. I will never use any of they're services again.

Absolutely ridiculous,so so rude and just didn't want to help at all!!!!They are ment to send parcels back and the old guy just didn't have a clue or he just couldn't be bothered!!!
