Highly recommend Mr Gates. I have dealt with many gate companies in my line of work but I have to say that Mr Gates has been by far the easiest and most professional Company to do business with. From my first call to the very end of the project I can’t fault this company. My emails and call always answered. I have to also mention how professional and neat the engineers installer were while working in my premises, the site was always left clean and tidy each day!

Having reviewed several suppliers of gates and fences in the south east region and competitively tendered my requirements I decided to use Mr Gates based upon price (the second lowest) and reviewing their work by going to previous customers houses and asking about their experience with Mr Gates (which was overall very positive). I have waited 6 months before providing a review in order ensure an overall fair reflection of their work and customer service.
Their customer service department called 3 months after the installation asking if I was happy with the gate and fencing installation (which I was) and if there was anything that they could do better.
Overall I would highly recommend Mr Gates if you are looking for a gate or fence installation in the South East area.

Contacted M G Architectural with a problem as our gates were failing to close properly. That afternoon a site survey had been carried out and I received a quote that same day.
I was very happy with the quote, so go ahead was given to remove both gates & both old motors.
Work was carried out very quickly and to a high standard

Mr Gates supplied the electric gates for us 3 years back and have been maintaining it ever since then. I have found the team very friendly and competent. Maria, who handles their administration have many a time gone beyond the call of duty to resolve any servicing / maintenance issues and contract related clarifications whenever the need arose.

We have our electromagnetic gates serviced by Mrgates in our apartment block. The Mrgates team have always been very quick to respond, and they have been good value for money, and been honest and not overcharged or done any unnecessary work. They have honoured their contract and come to do gate servicing as planned.

They have usually been out with a team within 24 hours if there is an urgent problem. Would recommend them for gate servicing and have been very reasonable with their availability too.

**** CAUTION AVOID *** Save yourself time and find a better company, very poor service, contacted them to get price, engineers turned up without any notice at 8am, managed to re arrange a time and they did measure up and took all details, never heard from this company again, they asked my budget which is around £15,000, if they are time wasters without doing any business what will the service and after service be like, I chose them because they are local to me and i wanted to give business locally.

Wasted my time and no estimate or quote provided, even a simple message to say too busy would have been acceptable, engineers were friendly and helpful and all measurements were sent to main sales team, Zero response

If your want to waste your time and energy expiring your requirements and then nothing happens feel free to give them your business. I would suggest avoid these fools don't see why they advertise if they don't want the business.
