Very pleased with the service provided.
I spoke with 3 or 4 people, what with dropping off, discussing repairs, completion and delivery to home address. All were professional, they did what they said they would and now my lawn mower and 2 stroke engine perform as new.
Very good, will use them again without hesitation.

Brilliant customer service.
The battery for my strimmer died after nearly 3 years of use but was replaced without any fuss when I took it in for testing. There are so many retailers these days who try and find excuses not to sort the problem out so this is a refreshing change when dealing with a great local business. Thanks guys.

Slooooooooooooowwwwww. Called 6 months ahead in the winter and checked availability for a mower service. After being told I'd need to book ahead I called again in January and locked in an April service. Dropped it off on the day and 2 weeks later they still hadn't touched it. Guy half laughed on the phone when I asked if it was ready. After a month still untouched I told them not to bother. When I picked it up I was told "if you still want it done bring it back in and we'll do it straight away" (Yeah sure you will!). Why bother booking in so far ahead if you aren't going to do it? Wont bother trying again.

Absolutely amazing service, unfortunately they couldn’t help us with a part, but found someone who stocked it and I had two ordered on line 5 mins after leaving them.
Will definitely use again & highly recommend. Thanks guys .
