Awful experience. Misprinted a compilation of poetry and after much denying of responsibility, offered to print document again free of charge. I recorded our conversation in which he continually spoke over me and blamed the independent binder for his own mistake. When I told him about the recording he confiscated my memory stick. Police were called, initially by him, but they said it was a civil matter and wouldn't get involved. I was left severely out of pocket and one memory stick down. He eventually returned the memory stick but this unsavoury drama has negatively impacted the initial joy and excitement of having my poetry beautifully bound. Lone females especially beware as he is overly touchy-feely and it didn't feel appropriate on any level. Every time he passed me to go to the printer he would place both hands on my shoulders for an unnecessarily long time, with no respect for personal body space and boundaries.

Following on from owner's response, if my review needs this dishonest defence, I would suggest he pays more attention to accurate work and respects his customers, male and female alike. I am still awaiting the return of my memory stick and, having taken advice on this, a formal letter of complaint is on its way to Mr David Fairweather. Shame on you for the way you dealt with my complaint. Suggest you don't embarrass yourself or your business further by posting messages about this situation.

This was the 1st time using their service and I must say, from start to finish, the whole experience was superb. Gina and the owner (Simon, I think) were extremely helpful, resulting in my order being processed really quickly. The quality of the finished product was excellent, better than expected to be honest. There was a slight glitch however (and this is not a criticism) which was dealt with swiftly, professionally and without hesitation... a mark of excellent customer service! I will definitely be dealing with them again as they are true professionals producing superb products!
