We had Mobi Pizzeria for our wedding and we were beyond disappointed. We paid for 130 pizzas and most of our guests didn't even receive one. We had guests waiting 45 minutes for 1 pizza. They started serving at 8pm and by 9pm they were saying we had already sold through our allocation which was rubbish. I insisted to the man working to bring more dough out of the van & he kept saying there's no more. We went round and round in circles, and eventually another 2 trays of dough magically appears. Guests said the 2 staff were so rude. Pizzas were amazing, but service was diabolical. Wouldn't recommend at all!

I have ordered a pizza paddle on Saturday choosing standard delivery 3-5 working days hoping it will arrive before next weekend. On Wednesday I called Mobi Pizza Ovens to check the status of the shipment and I was informed that it wasn't shipped yet. I asked them to ship it with next day delivery service. Never received an answer to my email neither a phone call to inform my delivery will be late. Today is a 6th working day and still haven't received the parcel. Poor customer service. I suggest to use other supplier if you want the goods to be delivered on time.
