Contacted Ian today because my laptop was a dead a a dodo. Turns out the charger failed. Ordered replacement from good old Ebay. Very genuine chap and very reasonable rates. Responds very very quickly to messages. Doesn't want to rip you off... just wants to get you up and running again as cheaply and as quickly as possible. Knows his stuff. Will happily use again and would recommend in a heart beat.

Late review, Ian came out and fixed my laptop back in January and it's been running smooth ever since. I'd managed to reset my laptop but accidently deleted windows and then tried to reinstall the wrong one. Ian came and sorted it out so quickly, he explained the issue straight away and got cracking. Probably spent about 30 minutes in all and the service was great as he's such a lovely guy! Laptops been fine since and has definitely sped up. Will 100% go to Ian for any future issues, thanks again 🙂

Ian is a very knowledgeable about computers. He recovered my files from an old drive and reinstalled windows in no time at all.
Also Ian has advised me on a new build that he completed for me as well. Ian is very trustworthy and i would recommend him to anyone.

Needed someone to look at old desktop computer that was processing very slowly on an old windows 7 system & the memory was full!
