We had a TP swing set delivered in good time. Unfortunately the courier split some of the packages to make handling easier and mislaid two of the parts.
Customer services were very helpful and understanding and sent replacements out immediately. Couldn’t have asked for more. Great set - two swings and a button swing. Easy to assemble. My two children love it.

Incredibly poor customer service and very poor quality plastic used in some of their products.
We purchased the Brecon Multiplay last month and the slide has already cracked. TP Toys/Mookie Toys had zero concerns about the safety of their product and had no interest in providing a replacement. Without even asking how it happened, TP had already doubled down on the old "this isn't a manufacturing fault" chestnut, even though the slide had been delivered in perfect condition.

Would honestly give them no stars. Customer service is shockingly bad. They take no responsibility, they contradict their own website and blame others for the errors. They avoid questions they don't like. The slide I purchased to go on Knightswood tower is terribly made and does not seem like it fits at all, even though they insist it does, would like to see if they'd let their own kids go on one of their own products!!

Hideos experience with this company which is actually trading as tp active toys via toys r us! Very misleading and impossible to get hold of. When eventually getting hold of them they are extremely rude and unconcerned with anything I had to tell them! We purchased a tp castle wood play centre (£400) which in fairness went together very well however a part in instructions is again extremely misleading and lead to us putting the play structure up In wrong way to cater for the slide we have! All of this could have been avoid by simply sending me instruction to what I had actually bought instead of combining two alternate ways of putting the slide together one way being the wrong way! My daughter 3rd birthday was completely ruined so I shan't be ordering from yourself EVER again, your staff were awful your instruction were shabby and your service was sickening ? Should be allowed to trade, lots of bad feedback is on their Facebook page under the posts section, my only wish was that I had never given my hard earned money to people like you!

The warehouseman here is always really helpful. I'd had 2plts rejected at previous delivery and the warehouseman was kind enough to take the pallets off, load his load and then put the 2plts back on. He always has the paperwork to hand for the load to be signed for, a real pleasure collecting.from here
