Placed an order for 10kg of halibut. Payment taken. A week later got an email saying you will get a refund in 10 days time. No previous contact, no courtesy email or call to offer an explanation. Absolutely the worst customer service ever. Avoid

My order arrived today on time. Very friendly. Tonight had the fresh mussels in garlic, lemon and white wine sauce. Absolutely delicious, and not only the recipe, the mussels where the best we have had for a long time. Looking forward to trying the cockels and scampi. Will be doing another order soon.

I've used moorcroft's seafood from the first day I became a chef 20 years on I'm still a happy customer yes we have had tiny hiccups but they have always been sorted in a matter of hours and have always enjoyed the laugh's and banter over the years so thank you to Andy, kaz and the team
