I'm delighted with the brilliant Moores new kitchen. The design team was kind, friendly, very informative, and knowledgeable about their products, not to mention patient with me regarding last-minute changes. The initial scheme I chose ended up being out of my budget and they were supportive with helping make changes so the design intent wasn't compromised while meeting my budget.
The kitchen is functional, durable, and sophisticated. I feel like I've got a really great deal, my kitchen looks like it should have cost three times the price.
The installation team was very impressive. They were polite, considerate, always asking, and not assuming to use my facilities while on the job. They came prepared with spare parts, tools, and equipment. Communication was excellent, providing a site check and access before the due date, they gave expert advice, tidied up after themselves, and were always on time and professional.
I love my new kitchen, and highly recommend Moores.

My new build house has a Moores kitchen which I am delighted with but we decided we would like additional wall cupboards. We contacted Moores Direct and they were amazing from start to finish. We sent them photo's of where we wanted the cupboards and they sent us design photo's together with detailed drawings and specifications. Our new cupboards were delivered fully built and ahead of schedule. Excellent service by the whole team at Moores.

I had a requirement for a replacement sink base unit carcase following it getting damaged. The kitchen itself was installed in a new build 7 years ago and Moores were able identify exactly what was previously supplied then. Nothing seemed too much trouble and Clare went well way beyond to help me, giving me several options. Communication was excellent. Very impressed with my experience with Moores and would definitely recommend.

Originally we were really pleased with our new build kitchen. But I don't really feel like it's fit for purpose. Stains and marks have appeared on quite a few of the doors and side panels. Moore sent a representative to 'clean' the marks off, even though we said these marks couldn't be cleaned off. When he arrived he said the doors needed replacing and that he would get them ordered for us. Moore have now back tracked and said they won't replace the doors. Pretty disappointing when you've paid extra for an upgraded kitchen.

Recently we purchased a kitchen suite from Moores and were very lucky to be looked after by Brittany Thompson. Brittany was so helpful and professional, with a fantastic understanding of the Moores products. The service we received from Brittany was second to none. It goes to show that it is people within organisations that make companies what they are and Brittany is an absolute asset. 5 star rating without a second thought.

We moved into a new build and the kitchen was from Moores. I'm so glad it is as these guys are fantastic to deal with for an extra kitchen units, doors etc. I've added to the kitchen and the utility and they couldn't have been any more helpful even having our original kitchen on file.

The quality of the kitchen is fantastic and feels like it will last a long time.

We got a kitchen via the Moores small works team. We were assigned an excellent designer/consultant Julia, she led us through the entire process and even suggested some excellent amendments to our design. Communication was excellent throughout and our kitchen fitter was really pleased with the quality of the kitchen.
