I can't comment on their services but their driving skills and customer service skills are very lacking. I haven't received a response regarding one of their drivers almost causing an accident so maybe this will give them some encouragement.

Went to collect items for somebody that had ordered them on the phone. When i got there i had to wait as they were only allowing one person in at a time. When i got in store i had to wait for them to finish picking the order. So what were they all doing behind the counter? Couldn't one of them picked the order?
