Not great im afraid, after i waited an hour & 20 minutes for a waffle with milkybar - it had very little white sauce & very little topping at all. I had also ordered an extra white Bueno to make up the extra money due to minimum spends - (which i did not receive) overall - disappointed & wont be returning.

Had an awful experience today. Walked in and was served but as we waited for the food, a 30 ish year old ginger man with glasses was making racial in appropriate jokes e.g ‘I’m not racist I’ve got a coloured tv’ and making lots jokes referring the n word even after his coworker said ‘is that not racist’. At first I walked out, but this was extremely disappointing. The manager it seemed was lovely and understanding and so was the other co worker however the other man after being told what he did and how we heard, called us liars then proceeded to hide behind the counters so we couldn’t see him. Very disappointed.

The food is nice when it's done right. I don't understand how the white and milk chocolate sauces that you get with the nice warm mini donuts can change to syrup and a chocolate yoghurt with cold, stale donuts in the space of a week? If you haven't got the stuff just say you haven't got it. My order is wrong 9 times out of 10 but that chocolate yoghurt has tipped me over the edge. I'll not be back

absolutely shocking experience waited over an hour and a half for delivery on a £30 order that was missing straws and we ordered a bottle of fanta and got a bottle of coke and our cookie dough was freezing cold

Absolutely shocking service, ordered waffle and two milkshakes at 21:30pm, after waiting 40 mins called the shop to be told they are very busy, order still not arrived by the time the shop was shut at 23:00, assumed it was not coming and headed to bed to be woke up by a knock at the door at 23:20!! unbelievable! Decent thing to do would be to advise your customers on how long they are expected to wait when placing the order!
However, Credit where credit is due, the waffle was delicious and delivery driver did apologise for the wait.

Desserts don't turn up like photographed online. Ordered a biscoff cookie dough and milkshake. Sticker with order details placed over lid of milkshake so cup not usable and the sticker just rips and doesn't come off.

Highly disappointed in the biscoff cookie dough, not as described at all. Described as 'warm and gooey cookie dough. Biscoff sauce and biscoff crumbs'. The cookie dough came cold yet cremated. It was not a soft cookie dough but rather crunchy cookie. Advertised as having biscoff sauce but didn't come with any biscoff sauce only crumbs so extremely dry with the crispy cookie. Additionally, I paid extra for an add on tub of ice cream and this didn't arrive.

After being immediately disappointed, tried to contact the shop immediately to try and get something amended, after ringing through 11 times we just gave up.

DO NOT RECOMMEND - any issues can't even be dealt with as staff do not answer phone. Overall highly disappointed in quality of food and the service provided by the company. Will not be going back.

Milkshakes were lovely, tasted great. However brownies were so dry, kept getting stuck at the back of my throat. Thankfully had my milkshake to wash it down! Came pretty quick overall milkshakes are nice, brownies need some work.
