After a round trip of 20 miles I Purchased a blonde Easter egg for my partner as a gift, only for her to find it broken in several bits in the box .what a disappointment to find badly designed packaging for quite an expensive egg .The box had no damage just the egg shame that they are prepared to sell such a product in their stores

This is the only store that we use to do our food shop and travel from Okehampton at least once a week.
The staff are all extremely friendly, cheerful and helpful. The store is clean, tidy and well stocked. There is a good range of products, all of superior quality and great value. We won't entertain shopping anywhere else and the fact that Okehampton has, what could be classed as a competing supermarket but we still travel to Launceston must say something about how good M & S Launceston is.

After spending the day on the beach in Bude and a short visit to the Launceston Castle we needed some groceries. Found out there's a M&S Foodhall in town. Since we love the quality of M&S we headed there for our shopping.

And as usual it did not disappoint. High quality food for fair prices. Nicely set store, friendly staff.

Bought some water, Prosecco, soda, bread, veggies, beef and pork steaks, samosas and a nice cheese board. For tonights dinner and the next.

Especially the aged beef steaks are very enjoyable. Nice flavour, tender, juicy. And the cheese selection if very nice as well.

Another good shopping at Marks & Spencer. We will be back.

Very good protection for customers with hand sanitizer and trollies cleaned for every customer. Advice was given to keep the required distance from other shoppers. Well stocked and clean store. Unusual items to tempt the palate. Always enjoy the shopping experience there.

Lots of re plenty of shelfs happening...good stock levels.
How ever with the pandemic..did not do much for social distancing
Perhaps re assign staff so that there is only one staff member per isle stocking up

Easy to park and food hall quite quiet. Welcoming staff gave me sanitised trolley. Shelves were well stocked and no wait at check out.
