MTR did an excellent job of constructing a Hip to Gable loft conversion for us.

Russell's estimate and quotation process was straight forward and accurate, he gave us a choice of 3 levels of service (packages) to choose from.

He project managed everything - from the architects design and planning application process, to ordering scaffolding, skips and materials, to arranging his team and other tradesmen to come to site.

His team are hard working and tidy.
Russell kept us informed during the build, and made good suggestions to improve our design and make good use of the loft space.

It was difficult living and working at home during the project sometimes - the noise and dust were a pain, particularly after the stairs were installed and the loft was accessed from inside the house.

He was open and transparent about works that would be charged extra, and delivered everything we asked him to.

We would highly recommend MTR for loft conversions, we recieved an excellent service, at a reasonable price.

Very happy with our loft conversion by MTR lofts. We had a rear dormer with an en-suite, giving us the extra room we desperately needed! Russell & his team worked to a very high standard, always on hand to answer any questions & responded promptly to a few minor snags after the work was completed. Big thanks to the whole team - they were a very friendly & respectful bunch of guys whilst the work went on around our young family. Additionally various contractors that were used were also friendly & communicated well throughout the duration of the build. Overall would highly recommend Russell & his team!

I have waited a year to post this to give time to check everything is working ok (and I never got round to it!). We love the work that MTR completed - it is high quality for a good price and his team were polite and efficient and a joy to have working on our home. Our home was more complicated due to 1970s extensions that made the steelwork more difficult but his team quickly and efficiently identified workarounds (given this was during lockdown). Russell made suggestions that meant we were able to maximise space in our loft and we would highly recommend him. Indeed if we buy another property I would have no hesitation in using him again. Thanks for all your work, we love our bedroom and ensuite.

I'm very happy with our loft conversion, Russ and his team did a great job making it blend in. But I think the most important thing was that he really listened to what I was saying about I wanted and found the best way to give me what I needed. When you are paying for something that will last for years, this is really important.
