Not a very good experience
Stairs arrived but delivery driver was on his own. ( it is expected onsite labour is available to help the driver unload but they don’t tell you this ) Luckily I was able to help him but I honestly didn’t expect that I was to be required to help unload the van.
My fitter arrived the day after to start. One major error, which we did raise with them, was the string on the bottom flight was bowed. It meant when fitting the newel, the newel was out of plum quite considerably. We also found the groves in the newels were engineered too small to fit the half landing. All this had to be rectified on site by my Carpenter which was disappointing.
I was also disappointed to see how badly some areas had been primed. The larger (easier) areas seemed to have a suitable coating but all the fiddly smaller areas had very little primer. The finish was also very rough. We spent a considerable amount of time sanding and re applying primer which I did not expect to be doing.
I’d like to have thought these things wouldn’t have passed their quality checks before delivery. I did email Multiturn once the stairs had been finished and they did reimburse me £400 but I wasn’t very happy with the way they chose to handle my concerns.
Luckily, I had a very skill full Carpenter with an extreme attention to detail who saved the day.

I can't recommend these guys highly enough. We're in the middle of fitting our second Multi-Turn staircase, and we wouldn't use anyone else now. Brilliant service from start to finish, and impeccable fabrication. The first one was a real challenge (pictured) but they pulled it off. It's great to get the survey & design taken off our hands.

We ordered our Multi-Turn staircases via our builders merchants (Buildit). We provided a full set of plans and then followed up with a physical measure on site. Delivery was seem less. The pair of staircases we purchased were perfect

Polite and courteous service and a great end result. Difficult project in a wonky listed building but the staircase fitted first time as per the Multiturn promise. There was a delay to a small part of the delivery (metal spindles) which I had to chase a couple of times, otherwise it would be 5 stars. Would happily use again in future projects.
