Great family run business. Good customer service and quick deliveries. I have bought quite a few items from them the latest being garden solar lights which I am delighted with. The lights are lovely and bright. I have them all over my garden and I love looking out on a night seeing my garden all lit up.

MHI solar garden lights DO NOT work. I bought solar garden lights from Aldi Amazon & Sainsburys and they work perfectly in rain hail sunshine or storm. Pics with circles are the solar lights from Must Have Ideas which do not work at all. They are NOT waterproof either compared to the others. Don't waste your money.

MUST HAVE IDEAS..... it says it all in the name. I am very satisfied with the purchases I've made. From a rechargeable fan that will stand anywhere, so portable. A board that will defrost food in a jiffy. Storage boxes which have changed my thoughts of storing my sewing materials. A food chopper which chops everything into the container below ready to tip onto a plate. They are all made of quality materials, sturdy and strong. Delivery is very fast, satisfaction instantly. Well done Amy and MUST HAVE IDEAS.

I recently bought the solar lights and they have proven to be very robust and adaptable for use in different locations in the garden. The pictures show just a few uses and the 'warm light' works so well with other lights and when lighting up special areas.
I am normally a bit sceptical when it comes to solar powered lights etc but these have proven me wrong. Having shopped with Must Have Ideas in the past I have nothing but praise for the quality products and outstanding customer service. Thank you

Products are good but recently they have changed from using Royal Mail to an unnamed courier company who did not communicate that my delivery was happening and then left it on my doorstep in full view. This would not have happened with Royal Mail as they know my safe place but I wasn’t given the opportunity to confirm it with this courier. When I contacted Amy’s I was advised that they had changed from Royal Mail due to high order demand and seemed to think that it is more important to deliver within 48 hours than deliver the product safely and securely.

I brought there magic mould stuff and I'm very happy with it it works great plus
I also brought the radi-save to go behind my radiators to help with the heat which I'm pleased to say does make my rooms warmer

I have just ordered 2 of the instant wardrobes. When ordering I made a mistake.I phoned the helpline and the extra items I had ordered were removed instantly the next morning I received an email saying my refund had been processed! Fantastic service.
I recently purchased 3 boxes of the star bright swivel lights you can literally us them anywhere you like. They are fantastic! Excellent value for money.
I do have a massive negative you do get bombarded with emails! Please stop doing that.It is infuriating!!!!!!!

Must Have Ideas is the BEST company to deal with. Every single thing I have ordered from them has become, instantly invaluable in my house, car, on picnics, outings etc. Great ideas, quality items, delivered promptly, packaged extremely well and always includes a little leaflet on how to assemble/use etc. Have never had to return anything, always delighted with everything I order.
