We recently had a large renovation project which involved 12 steels, Max provided us with digital drawings and fabricated our steel quickly. The two erectors were lovely guys, managed to overcome a few issues and overall we are happy with the instal.

We started off in a good place with max but after having our stairs made, we have now had 3 last minute cancellations from him for the fitting of our stairs. Number 1 excuse was that someone had damaged them on his own team by accident (discovered they day before they were due to be fitted) excuse 2 was that the delivery truck broke down the day the we’re due to be delivered the 2nd time, excuse 3 was that his delivery driver got so drunk the day before that he couldn’t drive the next day. Now apparently it is stuck on his truck in the yard all locked up so Max can’t get in. This whole time, Max has not called us to keep us updated, has been incredibly slow at getting back to messages left, if at all. We are so stressed by this whole situation and it’s now been 10 weeks of hell. He obviously feels bad, but is avoiding the situation rather than dealing with it. I have no choice but to put this review on Google as we are completely powerless.
