Stir-Up Sunday!

We had an amazing afternoon with Jenny. She has a great knowledge of foraging in the countryside. We then had a delicious tea where we experienced sandwiches, scones and cakes. Her jam is second to none.

Having already completed her marmalade and pickle making masterclasses it was a real treat to go out with Jen on a foraging walk followed by a session back at Naked-Jam HQ making jams and syrups with our haul. Jen has a real knowledge of all things food and Forest and is passionate about sharing her knowledge with her guests in a warm and engaging manner. We all came away with lots of pots of jam and syrup to enjoy afterwards. Thoroughly recommend any kind of masterclass or foraging experience with Naked-Jam - would make a great gift.

I recently did a marmalade and chutney masterclass with Jen. It was a perfect experience. Jen is so generous with her ingredients, knowledge and time. I ended up with far more than I expected in terms of jars of great marmalade, chilli jam and chutney but also in terms of useful tips. The environment is friendly and engaging and it was a great day out.

Myself and 7 friends spent a wonderful few hours last Friday walking and foraging in the New Forest under the expert guidance of Jen. What a thoroughly lovely lady with outstanding knowledge and no end of stories to tell. We went back to HQ for Afternoon Tea which we can only describe as immense. If it’s good enough for James Martin it’s good enough for me . Naked Jam is an amazing local artisan preserve maker who uses 1st class fruit and you can tell! My daughter made some lovely scones for and asked for Naked Jam strawberry jam because it’s the best ! Once you try it you never go back to mass produced rubbish .
