I can’t lie, I found the whole commitment to getting quartz in the kitchen quite stressful. Once I’d reconciled myself to spending the money it then became about the templating. The emails and instructions are worded in a way which made me feel anxious and I had a few restless nights worrying we had done enough. I didn’t need to worry, it all went perfectly. A small adjustment was needed to make the drawers where the induction hob was being recessed fit, however that was very straightforward. I now understand the need for the instructions and paperwork to be worded the way it is and to ensure all the necessary prep work has been done. We waited about 10 days for the worktop to arrive and the guys did an amazing job on the installation. It was joined exactly where I was told it would be. The detail in the quartz is positioned in places were I get to admire it. I couldn’t be any happier. It’s been money well spent. I think the biggest triumph is that the colour and warm tone in the quartz has influenced other choices I have made in the kitchen so that the overall look of the kitchen is exactly what I hoped for when I visualised my ‘dream kitchen’.

Very pleased with new worktops. Great care was taken when taking template which meant the installation went very smoothly with no problems. The installers were very efficient and fully explained about care of the new worktops. Customer service was also very good and kept me up to date about the order.

Fantastic service. Great communication from start to finish. The gentleman that came to do the templating was very professional and very helpful. I asked for plenty of colour in the Dekton and I got it.
The 2 gentlemen that came to fit the Dekton in my kitchen were polite and courteous. They did a beautiful job and I was over the moon with the result. My kitchen looks amazing.

Very happy with the communication and installation. George the chap who came to measure up the template was a great bloke, very professional and knowledgeable. The installation team were fast and did a great job. Very happy with our cloudy marble quartz worktop.

DO NOT BUY WORKTOPS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!

Purchased a kitchen through Wickes who uses this company as one of their worktop suppliers. Have dealt with ridiculous amount of delays causing our kitchen to be delayed by nearly 2 months when we were told it would take 2 weeks.
Upon templating, we were advised the worktops would be in 3 pieces and should be no issues. To then being told over the phone that it would be 4 pieces but it was fitted in 7 pieces and jagged edges with unstraight sections. When challenging this politely ( as most people would), being faced with further unnecessary delays, complete avoidance of reasonable questions, awful customer service and being told they would only rework the joints, not replace. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!
