This Bangalore curry rub is off this planet get s big bowl 15 chicken portions place in the bowl 3 big heap tablespoons of the magic powder 5 garlic cloves chilli paste juice of 3 lemons squeezed sea salt black pepper ginger paste and put on lid and shake shake shake put in fridge for day and a half, preheat oven 200 or in Air Fryer (best)/few Peronis and some large chunky home made chips and salad.. Bingo.
