Terrible experience with this company - probably the most unprofessional supplier I worked with over a 3 year renovation project.

I ordered 12x 3m panels to use on a large wall. The panels *would not align* with each other because of issues with manufacturing tolerances. The company did not own up to it at all and did not offer any kind of remedial action or partial refund because the issue only became evident when the panels were due to be installed, which was more than 28 days after the items were delivered. Of course the consignment was inspected upon arrival but the issues with manufacturing tolerances consisting of 2 or 3mm discrepancies were not evident until the panels were set up in place next to each other.

The behaviour from the customer service was appalling and even escalating the complaint did not result in any admission of responsibility for supplying a product that does not meet expectations.

I would advise to stay away from this company.

I ordered the walnut microslats with an original delivery date for the first week of Feb. They were delayed, but customer services responded to me quickly with a new date. During the time I made the order and having the delay, the price dropped and I received a refund for the difference.

They were delivered and I checked the panels same day with only one having a small manufacturing defect. Customer services refunded me a partial amount which was great.

All the communications I've had with the Naturewall team have been responsive and helpful.

Sent wrong (damaged) panels and they want me to pay to return. They will not rectify. I bought samples from them as pictured and they sent the wrong ones. The response was "this is our old veneer, you have the current deep walnut" -so they changed the product meaning they don't match the samples i also had to pay a tenner for !!!? Funnily enough their own website and social media shows the right product as per my samples. Also l the felt on the panels were damaged, with a response "we don't class that as damage" . Worst customer service I have ever experienced from an online retailer and to return at my cost would be £70 ( and their process allows them to take money off you if they think there is extra damage during return postage) No choice now but to go to trading standards and illustrate this on social media.

We looked at several businesses and products when making our choice for Naturewall. Many had long lead times, were twice as expensive and their customer service was shocking, this is the 2nd project we’ve used the panels on and this time went for the 600mm square alternated. Very simple to install, and even taking time to measure out and cut through for sockets was worthwhile. Thoroughly recommend this business and their products which came quickly, undamaged and well packaged.

I’m not a professional tradesman but quite useful with building things etc it’s not difficult to install these but you’ll need a modicum of skill together with a multi-tool to deal with switches and sockets and make sure you start perfectly plumb and level keeping a close watch as you move along the wall. I se a laser but a long spirit level will do same job.

Quick update on this. I have just been advised that it takes up to (and they will use every day of it) 10 days for them to PROCESS a refund, not for it to actually hit your account. This apparently can take another 5 days to reach you. By the time i get my money back, they will have had it for a month. Think very hard before you buy anything from them, especially if your project is time bound, or if you want YOUR money back.

Sadly, my review is similar to a number of others. The 4 and 5 star ones must have touched lucky, but I certainly haven't. I ordered on the 24th November with a 3 - 5 day delivery timescale.

I then received an update that this had been delayed. I then received another update that it had been delayed further, with no guidance as to when that delay might be over.

I requested a refund, which I was told could take up to 10 days. This is day 9, and it is not showing even as pending on my account. They have had my money now for three and a half weeks. Their general service is poor and their timeliness in dealing with any aspect of your order is terrible.

Give it a lot of thought before you hand over hundreds of pounds for their products.

Make sure you factor in that you’re doing them a favour by ordering, not the other way around.

They deliver in dribs and drabs and it takes WEEKS!

The quality of the product is OK, but for the service received… I’d rather go elsewhere. Wish I saw the 2.9 score on here before I ordered.

How anyone is proud of this product or service is beyond me

SCAM COMPANY DO NOT USE!
I placed an order around Christmas time three weeks later I hadn’t received the product so asked for a refund. They agreed to cancel the order as it was never sent out and refund me within ten working days. This was the 8th January, since then I’ve not received my money back and my emails have constantly been ignored. I’ve now had to lodge a charge back claim on my American Express to try and get my money back. Do not use this company as you are likely to be scammed, avoid at all costs.
