I originally posted a review describing a high pressure error that my Navien NCB500 boiler developed 5 weeks after it was fitted.

I was initially very dissatisfied with the boiler and the service I'd received however since then Navien arranged for an excellent engineer (Nigel Stokes) to look at the issue and he identified the issue as some debris in a valve rather than a physical fault with the boiler itself.

Once my issue was picked up by Francisco on the Navien service team I received an excellent level service from him. So with this in mind I have decided to remove my original post.

I still don't believe Navien yet warrant a five star review as it has taken nearly two months to resolve but at the moment I would ultimately recommend them.

Navien have been awesome in sorting out an issue with our boiler. They got someone round quickly after the installers passed the issues on and he didn't leave until things were in working order, even though in the end the issues were caused by poor installation. I would recommend Navien to people.

My boiler was losing pressure, it took 6 visits too actually fix it. I was left without reliable heating and hot water for 5 months during winter. Very difficult to actually speak to someone who can book a repair in. They blamed everything bar the boiler, it turned out the heat exchanger had failed. Don't buy one!!!

As a consumer initially looking to get a Navien boiler through Boxt and then having had my boiler installed I'm really disappointed the Navien didn't reply to 4 email queries I raised over 4 months. I was looking for info on an outside temperature sensor and got no response at all, not even a 'sorry we can't help'. Dreadful!

After my complaint, because of a Greek representative "Gas Technic" in Thessaloniki, who on my technical questions was rude and ill-prepared, not focusing my needs, always politely exposed, the UK head office and the customer department, ethically and professionally handled my case, answering to all my queries. So I decided to trust the brand, not conditioning my choice because of the wrong Greek representative.

Shocking noisy boiler. Terrible customer service - why was I talked out of having a wonderful Worcester boiler and into having a whining rumbling boiler?! Big mistake - I would never recommend them.
