Even though I didn’t get a say in my dads send off because of my mum Ashley and the team at the Blackpool location did an amazing job every time I went to see my dad they was always asking if he looks alright or if they could do anything more. The staff are so welcoming and some way comforting when you walk in.. a huge thank you to making me feel like things was going to be okay and thank you all so much for looking after my dad so well on his final days

Ashley and his team are a true credit to their profession. All the through the planning and funeral they were compassionate and considerate but most of all understanding. My wife was dreading organising the funeral of her father but they made it very easy. I would use their services again if they lived in my hometown. I do not have enough positive words to say about how much I appreciate how NC Funeral services have looked after my Mum, Linda Mary Pinder 1943 -2023. Charlotte, has been amazing throughout. What beautiful care you took of my Mum Charlotte, absolutely nothing was too much trouble, your care, compassion and respect, was a part of the memories I will never let go. Ashley, together you make an amazing team. We changed our minds about the day and you did everything to make sure our wishes were followed. We could not have asked for more. Very recently used NC Funeral Directors in Blackpool who took great care of my Nan after she sadly passed away. The whole team were exceptional from start to finish. Particular thanks must go to Charlotte and Ashley who went above and beyond on every occasion of interaction.
Nan was so well cared for after she was collected from the hospital, it was clear that everyone takes pride in looking after our relatives like they were their own. Due to a last minute change of funeral plans on our part, Charlotte & Ashley were extremely helpful in suggesting how we could accommodate our plans whilst ensuring minimal disruption. The day of the service and funeral itself were managed extremely well, with everyone beyond sympathetic for the grieving family, being there when we needed them, whilst remaining at a distance enough to not intrude.
I genuinely couldn't recommend this team enough to anyone finding themselves in need of the services they offer.

I'm extremely grateful for everything they did and how accommodating they were (even after the funeral had taken place.) Thank you NC, and as I mentioned in particular Charlotte and Ashley, a fantastic team.

Nc funeral directors have been nothing but AMAZING.
From the moment we walked through the door and met Charlotte for the first time, her character just warmed us.

Nothing was too much for her to sort out even though there was last minuet decisions made, she and the rest of the team have gone above and beyond to give my Nan the best care and I would recommend this funeral home for anyone!
Charlotte did my Nan up and made her look so beautiful to the point my mum and grandad was having cremation for my Nan but after seeing how beautiful she looked we just couldn’t go through with that and wanted to leave her just as she was.
The care my Nan has been given from NC funeral directors was exceptional & it made me cry just to know how well she had been looked after and how much care was taken with the smallest of touches.

Charlotte and the team have made what could have been a dreadful experience so much nicer by the warmth they show and the care they give right until the end.
The little touches mean so much.

Such nice caring genuine people who you can tell are in the job because they genuinely want to make family’s feel as comforted as possible and that’s very clear to see.
I couldn’t have asked for a better person as Charlotte to take care of my Nan like she did and the rest of the team for looking after her as well as they did.
It most certainly put alot of warmth in my heart and I think that’s something when a loved one passes away to me that’s got to be one of the most important things, knowing how well they have been cared for afterwords, this company most certainly did that
