What a fabulous experience. Booked this for my friends 40th Birthday and we had a brilliant time. A mixture of informative, practical, fun and a good few drinks samples ?. We opted for the rum experience. David is so knowledgeable and a great person who made this such a fun interactive experience. Andrea brilliant also. I highly recommend this to others, do not hesitate to book. Thank you so much:)

The gin experience exceeded expectations. Far superior to any similar experiences we have done.
The buffet lunch was outstanding and there were plenty of other refreshments available throughout the day.
David and Andrea were incredibly knowledgeable and helpful when picking out our botanicals!
Great value for money too - just make sure to arrange your transport back, as they are not stingy with the alcohol!

We did the rum making day. Really interesting day, tried some really nice drinks and produced our own bottle of rum made to our own recipe which amazingly is really nice.
A well organized day, nice lunch and just the right amount of facts and fun.
Would recommend a really good day.

Turned up & we were the only 2 booked in for the day, which was very good as it was like a 1 to 1 session. Both David & Andrea were very good & informative about gin & vodka & how it should be drunk properly. Tasted a couple of samples of gin & vodka felt half cut, informed about the distilling from beginning to end & made our own vodka. Lunch made by Andrea was excellent & there was plenty to drink, i.e., coffee, tea & soft drinks throughout the session.

The Nelson's Team were fantastic!
Their support in making up the gin that our Son and his now husband created, into the minatures which we used as Wedding Favours for their guests, was an absolute delight!

We managed to keep it as a surprise for our Son..... and it worked! The guests were so taken with it. Such a personal gift!

We cannot thank you enough for your help and support in making it happen!

Very knowledgeable and lots of fun and laughter.
Refreshments on the day very much appreciated and good quality. Lunch was beautiful, flavoursome and fresh.
Highly recommend getting a nearby hotel so you don't have to drive so you can make the most of your experience

We did the Distillery school experience for two which was really well put together. The staff, facilities and experience were amazing. The whole day is packed from started to finish. The drinks and food are endless and very well presented all the way along. Worth every penny and one of the best things we have done. Highly recommended to anyone thinking of doing the experience no matter what the occasion.

Dave and the team are genuinely enthusiastic, insightful and passionate about what they do and make you feel very welcome alongside helping you with your creation
Also, anyone who's into Gin, Rum or Vodka would be hard pressed to find better than Nelson's, no wonder they are so award winning!
100% recommend and will definitely be back to make another creation!
