Bought a coop from Nestera around 14 months ago. The coop is amazing, so easy to clean and chooks love it. I opted for the automatic door opener and unfortunately water got in somehow. Recently started having issues with the auto opener so got in contact with customer service and they asked me to send it to them for testing. They returned the door opener, fully repaired within 48 hours..... Great customer service and great products.

I was and still am completely surprised and baffled really. After the praise on YouTube in several channels I finally decided to go for the Wagon and invest the 1200 euros.

I even chose to order with Nestera themselves and not a dealer. My experience shows that usually this offers better service and shorter lines.

Upon receiving the wagon I was so excited to start building it. The excitement was doused quickly when noticing that the mechanical parts like screws and washers were a mess. The names of partsin the summary do not align with the naming used in the instructions. There are part types missing and redundant parts present. It was a confusing mess to say the least.

Upon contacting Nestera via email weeks went by without an answer. Then I called and luckily did get in touch with a Belgian employee. Getting me the missing parts took 2 weeks more. Once I received the parts they did not read my specific problem and just sent me the faulty pack again.

I had to eventually buy the correct parts myself.

I do have to compliment Nestera for what they did afterwards. I got a full refund and got to keep the wagon. This alleviates me having to fix the product myself and I am happy they took this action.

However, during this process the wagon has been standing unfinished for several weeks and let me tell you, it looks like a melted toy.

I got a refund yes but the price quality balance for this product is not okay. None of the seams are tight, the entire thing is wobbly and bended. Water and dust will come in and the purpose of having a non wood chicken coop is completely out the window.

I would be very very wary spending this on what seemed to be a great choice to me as well.

Issues. The construction is terrible and is not water proof. Big seems and the longer it stands the more the houses start to sag and become harder to close and keep their shape.

The wagon has been deteriorating more and more. The door can hardly close anymore.

Just wanted to note that It seems it was not a one off as I expected. The ducks houses r just as bad.

Bought the small coop for a sick chicken and was so pleased with it that I now have the wagon for the rest of the flock. Ordered it on Monday and delivered on Tuesday- very impressive.

Bought a duck house which is excellent. Over a year after purchase I had some rat damage to the floor and the company sent me some parts free of charge to repair it. Arrived within 3 days of initial contact - not even a charge for delivery

Love Green Frog animal house and shelters. We've tried many products over the years, and do use a variety, but if you're after something that stands the test of time then Green Frog is, in our opinion, the way to go. We've had the small Livestock Ark for over ten years and it looks as new as the day we got it. Can't recommend them enough 🙂

Love this chicken coop, but it doesn’t seem waterproof ‍♀️
