We visited Nettletons today to purchase my engagement ring and we were so pleased with the friendly, professional and non-pushy service we received. I think it was Joe who served us. He had a lovely approach and was the reason we decided to get the ring from this shop. Wonderful customer service in a quaint little jewellery shop in beautiful Clitheroe. Fantastic service from Nettletons. I was asking for the near impossible, but Nettletons delivered. St. Christopher medallion and chain (that had originally belonged to my Father) mended, cleaned and fixed in a very short period of time so that my daughter was able to take it with her and wear it on her travels and homeward journey to Australia.

We went to nettletons as they were the closest stockists of Sheila fleet, who we wanted for our engagement ring. Paula was really helpful in designing and ordering the ring, explaining about the hardness of the stones and enamelling and why opal would be a bad idea! I really appreciated that, and her help on sizing. Ultimately I now have an amazing ring that I am totally in love with and we will be back for our wedding rings. Highly recommended.
