From first meeting through to finished product Dan and the NFC team have been exemplary. The design process is easy and very customisable giving you the exact finish you want and communication with the guys is excellent if you need help along the way.
We had some planning niggles with our office, which required it to be clad, and NFC sorted plans, and samples very quickly and installed the cladding on site. Making the whole process a lot less stressful.
Honestly if you’re thinking you need a new office space, guest accommodation, workspace or whatever, get in touch with NFC. We can’t recommend them enough.

Firstly a massive thankyou NFC for a fantastic build and making it a pleasure by being so easy to work with. Our expectations ( which are super high) were more than exceeded.
The build quality was excellent, we are really fussy as most building we do is done in house, and honestly we can’t fault anything. The products used in the build down to the boiler and plumbing and electrics, flooring, cladding were top quality.
The whole process took a very long time, mainly due to issues regarding planning the project at our end , and at no time did we ever feel like NFC were loosing interest. Never pushy , but genuinely keen and interested to get the project over the line.
Nothing but helpful and committed. I went down to the NF to visit the guys on site before I made the decision to go ahead, and was invited down at any time to visit the project during the build period altho I never actually got the time to go but they sent videos of the builds, updates.
They were really flexible on project ammendments as we went through the build, we kept within budget and they managed that really well. Nothing was a problem and things outside their remit in the project they were helpful with and gave their opinion.
It definately wasn’t a buy off the shelf and go product, they really gave it everything to make it special.
We needed an off grid solution and something a bit different to suit individuals with restricted mobility, a wet room, and to squeeze in a woodburner and an outside bath,witching budget and time. No nasty surprises at any time.
They have achieved everything and made suggestions we hadn’t thought of, and I very much hope we will do another , and it will be with NFC because nothing else comes close and trust me I looked! I would be more than happy to validate the reference if anyone thinking of going for a NFC build, and if anyone would like a trial stay we will offer one night stays to any referrals from NFC to facilitate.
