We have just returned from our one-night stay at Manor Park Hotel and I have to say, it was fantastic!|The staff are excellent - so warm and friendly, and extremely helpful. |We had a pre-dinner drink in the bar which was delightful. The lady serving us took time to chat with us, and made us two delicious cocktails! We had our dog with us, which can sometimes be seen as a hassle or annoyance at other places we've visited, but the staff couldn't have been nicer. |Our room was large with a stunning large stain-glass window and a view over the outdoor pool (not open, as it's March!). We had a big comfortable bed, plenty of wardrobe space and a very nice en suite. |The doors are a little noisy from neighbours first thing in the morning (no-one closes their door quietly!), but that's certainly not something I'd blame the hotel for. |Dinner was delicious. The cheese souffle starter was one of the best things I've ever eaten. It felt like Michellin-starred food. Steak frites was delicious, as was my husbands rib eye. Cooked to perfection. |And the lemon meringue pie was fab too. I honestly couldn't fault a thing. |We had our (well-behaved) dog with us all the time, even at dinner, which was really nice for us. It shows that you can have a nice hotel / restaurant / bar and overall experience with your dog in tow - we wish more hotels were as good as this. |Took advantage of having breakfast too and, again, another fantastic staff member looked after us. Made to order eggs were spot on. |We didn't use the spa. There were quite a few kids staying and we weren't around to use the spa during the adult-only times, so we decided to just relax in the room / grounds instead, which was perfectly sufficient! |Thank you to everyone that made our trip so special. You even made a big deal of us celebrating our 2 year business anniversary, which was very sweet! |We will be back.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at New Park Manor. It’s the first hotel we’ve been to that is genuinely relaxing with a baby, as everything you need for a child has been thought about. Everyone working there was lovely and always happy to help. Spa and pool are both very high quality and kids can swim at any time. Food is delicious, with a good variety to keep it interesting for a few nights stay. ||Highly recommend staying here and will definitely be back.

If you have children this hotel is a must! They have thought of everything. They include children in everything. The family restaurant has an adjoining door to a cinema/games room for the children to go to whilst you finish your dinner (if needed) and breakfast. The children's club, my daughters didn't want to leave! We put them in whilst we went for treatments then went to collect them for their treatments. My daughters (7 & 5) had their first facial and massage and loved every minute 😂 ||The food was delicious, the service was perfect. All of the staff could have worked in a high end child setting, they were so warm and friendly especially to the children which made everything so much more relaxing. ||The hotel, spa and bedrooms were immaculate and clean. I, myself had a pregnancy massage and it was amazing, I didn't want it to end. ||The reception team had so much information in regards to the area and a long list of walks, villages and things to do. We hadn't visited the area before but will definitely be back. ||There is also a lovely walk from the hotel door through woodland and to a lovely lake and streams etc. ||The bar area came in really handy as it had plenty of children's games, books and cards for everyone to use whilst having a drink before or after dinner.||And I can't forget my daughter's favourite little touch - a homemade cookies and milk section set up from 530pm for guests to help themselves to.||I really appreciate all of this as we usually struggle to find a nice, warm and welcoming hotel which is this children friendly to help keep them entertained. Happy children = happy parents!||Also, dogs are very welcome! We brought our small dog and he was welcomed with a bed, tennis ball, treats and a blanket. A lovely little touch. He was allowed into the restaurants if needed to which was good for our first evening to see how he would be but then we left him in the room the remaining dining times. ||Thank you all so much to those who work at New Park Manor. My daughters have already made me promise we can return in the summer to use the outdoor pool 🥰

Absolutely perfect. Excellent service! Excellent food! The decor is lovely and the spa is so relaxing! One of the nicest hotels we've stayed at all round in a very long time! |Best roast dinner EVER!! Loads of options for breakfast not only continental but a fresh hot meal choice too. The staff can't do enough for you here

First class in every respect. Delivered exactly as we hoped for our family and children. The adults loved it, the children loved it. The staff were all friendly and efficient, and nothing was too much trouble. Every little detail for a stay with children had been thought out. I have never before stayed somewhere where children were not just tolerated but welcomed with open arms and such kindness. We had a brilliant birthday weekend. Thanks to all. Hope to return.

We had a lovely trip away here for mine and my daughter's birthdays. They are very child friendly and the reception staff were so lovely every time we saw them.
The restaurant staff were variable. There was a young male host who was very lovely. But there were a few others who were not very attentive, didn't take drinks orders and forgot breakfast orders.
The afternoon tea was very overpriced and underwhelming though, the attention to detail wasn't there and the cakes were fairly boring. You didn't get an alternative to tea/coffee, so I paid £8 for a pint of lemonade.
Having The Den was a brilliant addition. Our little girl (2 turning 3) loved it. It was quiet and the staff were very lovely.
The swimming pool and spa area was clean and modern. The pool was a great temperature and at times we had the whole pool to ourselves.
The rooms have fridges which does help as the food in the restaurant and the drinks are pricey. There are places within driving distance if you would like to go out to explore.

I’ve just returned from a 2 night stay for my boyfriend’s birthday and we already miss this place so much!! ||The facilities are amazing from the room, the spa and to the outdoor areas. The staff were beyond helpful, friendly and always so attentive and willing to help with whatever request! They added some special, personalised touches to our room to celebrate the occasion which is just a testament to their commitment in making your stay wonderful.||The perfect place if you want to wind down and relax. Will definitely be visiting again!

What a brilliant hotel for families! We just got back from a 2 night stay and came home feeling fully relaxed, which isn't always the case when travelling with an almost 2 year old. Our little boy loved the kids club, as well as the cinema/games room and swimming pool. The room was super comfortable and had everything we needed, including cot, bottle service etc, and the family restaurant had a great kids menu. We also loved the fact we could have some time to ourselves of an evening using the provided baby monitor to go for dinner - on this note, while the food is good, we wouldn't say the quality is what you might expect for the prices (average £15 for a starter, and £25 for a main). The hotel is in a beautiful location in the New Forest, it was nice to go for a walk and see the deer, horses etc. We had a brilliant stay and will definitely be back!
