Cannot recommend enough! Recently moved to Colchester and wanted to pop into the shop as I'm a massive fan of pc gaming! My pc build was 6 years old and wanted to start the foundations of a new build, so I ended up getting a brand new case to kick things of everything transferred over including new fans, service, clean and health check, the end result was perfect, couldn't of asked for more!!! & the price was very fair!!! Will be a customer for life now and carry on with my build using these guys! Loads of knowledge, friendly people, and everything you need for your pc needs they have!

I called Nexus today after my kitten knocked my monitor over and smashed it. I had previously tried to set up 3 screens (laptop + 2 monitors), but none of the advice I got from PC World, watching various YouTube videos and searching products on Amazon worked. All it achieved was 2 monitors with duplicate displays, using the recommended HDMI splitter. Dylan immediate resolved the issue over the phone and I was able to pop in and pick up the required products, with lots of friendly advice on hand too. Very happy and will be recommending Nexus to friends and family in future. On a side note, I hate the impersonal, sub-standard service that you get with big retailers that has led to numerous issues, some of which never got resolved, in the past. Shout out to the independents providing top notch customer service, like Nexus!

Took my PC in last weekend for a new CPU, cooler, motherboard & ram. The customer service exceeded my expectation in all ways and the whole process only took a few days. The prices are fair, there’s many great options available & the staff are all great people.
