I transferred all my wine to Nexus in 2015 or so. It has been an excellent customer experience throughout that time, for a number of reasons: although a small organisation, it is efficiently run, communications are excellent, and the staff are very helpful and friendly. When I recently sold some wine through a merchant and instructed delivery to them, they commented that it was unprecedented for it to happen that quickly. The web interface is easy to use, particularly to get reports into Excel or wherever you want them. And finally, the pricing is competitive. Highly recommended.

Thoroughly professional, responsive & efficient wine storage company operating to the highest standards as regards the bonds used, the safety of one’s wine, the security of direct ownership by the individual account holder, and correct levels of insurance. I can also confirm that the small extra cost of their Premium service is well worth it. I have stored our wine with Nexus for many years and thoroughly recommend them.

I have been with Nexus for a while, after recommendation from my main merchant. Their service is excellent all round. Great website: v easy to deliver wine to warehouse, and v easy to ask for delivery to home. V personal service. Pricing seems fine to me. m now going to upgrade my account (to Nexus Premier).

I highly recommend Nexus for professional wine storage. I spent more than a year researching options for my business and my personal collection. Nexus appeared significantly better than the alternatives, and having used the service for two years, my positive opinion has been reinforced. You pay a reasonable rate of storage in advance, and when you get your wine delivered, any unused storage is credited back against tax and delivery costs, so you can have your wine at any time without penalty. You can also log in to view your collection at any time, and download an easy-to-read PDF or spreadsheet with stats on your collection.

For 19 years Mark and his team have looked after my sizeable wine collection and the thousands of movements in and out.
