Nic has photographed two of our dogs in separate sessions: both were nervous rescues, but you wouldn't have known this by the end! One was a memory shoot as we knew that we would be losing Bubba within a couple of months and the other was after being the lucky winners of one of Nic's monthly competitions.
Nic was patient, calm, made us and the dogs feel at ease, and gave us all so much confidence.
Even more than that was that the dogs and humans found the session fun and rewarding.
None of this can even begin to reflect how talented Nic is- the photographs are breathtaking, the moment we saw the first reels we were in floods of tears. The photos capture so beautifully our dogs' characters and personalities. These aren't just photos- they are treasured memories, pieces of love, shared experiences, little sparkles of laughter, and moments with family that will remain with us forever.

Nicola was fantastic, such a lovely warm person and so understanding with my anxious dog! I would highly recommend her for photography sessions. I cannot speak highly enough of Nic or her work. My partner treated me to a photoshoot with our dogs as a Christmas gift in a place which is special to us. We have one very very nervous aggressive rescue dog, who usually will not allow people to be in her vicinity without becoming very reactive. Nic listened to our concerns and stuck to everything we asked of her to make the experience comfortable for everybody involved. We were able to keep our rescue on a lead and stand next to her and Nic was still able to get stunning photo's by editing us and leads out of the shot where necessary.
Nic arranged to visit the area we requested to find new places to take photographs, and she spent the whole morning with us to get the perfect photos.

We simply couldn't choose between the photographs so we bought them all. For anybody with a nervous rescue, Nic is the perfect person to capture relationships and memories which will last a lifetime.

It’s a well known saying never to work with animals and children, but Nic does both! We wanted to capture some memories of our young son and puppy together, but hadn’t considered just how tricky it would be to get them both to stay still and look the same way! Nic has the patience of a saint and was so kind throughout the whole photoshoot. She had so many different strategies/ props and positions to try to ensure she got a variety of images. We are delighted with the final selection of photographs and would highly recommend Nic Bisseker photography.
