So I have been doing landscaping and property maintenance for over 30 years and have laid many lawns, all of which were real grass, simply because I couldn't find an artificial grass that actually looked like grass. It was either too short or stitched so poorly that you could see the black matting which it was attached to.... that is until I discovered Nomow ! I've been ordering from them now for approximately 8 years. I was still dubious until my first order , I had it delivered to the job and had prepared the ground , edged off , hardcore , sharp sand all of it being whacker plated. So when I unrolled the roll I was amazed at the quality, I'd ordered a 35mm grass , around £20 psm , so very reasonably priced and the finish when laid was the icing on the cake, it was a wow moment when the customer saw the quality. So in short I can recommend Nomow very highly ! So recently Loren has been dealing with all my enquiries, sample requests for customers , and pretty much everything u could need in information, and pretty much anything needed in relation to artificial grass , whether a new customer or ongoing customer she is a real asset to Nomow and will answer all your questions. Dealt with latest requests perfectly , thanks Loren.... I will attach a few examples of the finish Nomow have helped me achieve with their artificial grass. Don't hesitate to call them !

Absolutely fantastic to deal with! We had an issue with our lawn that had been down for a couple of years and after emailing Loren (who is an absolute star) we had it all replaced with absolutely no quibble! Would whe have had this if it was purchased from an auction site? I'd say probably not! Do not hesitate to use them we are so glad we did!!

We are a primary school who recently made contact with Nomow to see if they had any small samples of grass they were throwing out - which we could use in our Year 1 classes to enhance our children's learning.

Rebecca at Nomow replied promptly the same day, saying they were more than happy to support our classes with our request.

Rebecca was absolutely amazing and ensured a box was couriered out to us the next day!

The children were extremely excited to receive their parcel and put this straight to task with their maths.

This company provides artificial grass of the highest quality. I bought this to put under the kids trampoline in the back garden as nothing grew under it except weeds & was an eyesore. The artificial grass has blended in perfectly with my real grass & I'm really happy with the results. 😁

We were very impressed how helpful and friendly Loren was when we ordered some artificial grass to go round our fishpond. She sent us some samples and then when we ordered what we needed, she kept us informed as to when it would be delivered. Then she phoned us to ask if it had arrived safely and were we happy with it - which we were. Would have no qualms recommending Nomow to anyone and would suggest they ask to speak to Loren who will help future customers every step of the way.

I tried a number of places and found Nomow. I was in need of Astro but needed to collect the same day as it was a Friday. I called the Centre and spoke to Loren Withey, who I must say is a great asset to the team. She was not only extremely polite but kept me up to date with progress. She got me my order the same day. Thank you and she will be my first go to when I need anything else regarding Astro.

Ordered 3 pieces first....Two pieces arrived, then a week later, the 3rd piece arrived.....Liked it, so ordered 4 more on 4th July. Expected delivery date was yesterday....Nothing !!!! Littlewoods have today sent them and email. I have rang them directly, and they have no idea where the order is....Littlewoods, said they have received another complaint for missing grass today as well.
Waiting on a call back from them ?....Needed this grass ASAP as I'm going into hospital for surgery in two weeks and wanted to finish the garden before then......Littlewood suggested I cancel the order, but that will leave me 3 pieces of grass, and the rest is just mud now 🙁
