We have been in the bakery business for 37 years and we have to say that this company is absolutely brilliant. A very unfortunate problem occurred with a piece of equipment that we purchased from them that is integral to our production and as usual it happens on a Friday. Saturday is our downtime and with no hesitation they have arranged for an engineer to be on site at 10 am on Saturday to resolve the problem. It is so refreshing these days to come across a company that go the whole nine yards to help, there are certainly not many left. We will be using them going forward as much as we possibly can. Keep it up guys and thank you very much again.
