These people were really friendly and competitive on price when I needed a new washing machine.
After contacting me they delivered the machine near closing time a day early than agreed which suited me.
The delivery was free and they lifted the machine into the kitchen, I had disconnected the old one and put it outside and they took it away for me.
First class customer service.

Excellent customer service and reasonably priced. I went in for a carbon brush for my Bosch washing machine, not only did they have it in stock they advised me to bring it back if it wasn’t the correct part as they had other variations in stock. I didn’t have to go back as it was the correct part. Very pleased that my washing machine is now back in action and it cost less than £10.

Went into shop and bought an integrated fridge freezer to replace my one that was old. Got loads of help in store on best models, prices etc. Organised a time and date only a few days later but I had stupidly bought one 50 by 50 fridge and freezer. This of course didn't fit the doors already in place for it in my work space. The guys took it back and replaced it at no extra cost that same day with a 70% fridge by 30% freezer model that I needed, even though it was my fault. Highly recommend them. They took my old one away and all packaging for new one. Great service from start to installing it and getting it turned on.

Called here yesterday before going to another well known retailer.
Looking at a Heat exchanger Tumble dryer. So glad we did, what excellent service and advice. To cut a long story short we are now the proud owners of a Beko Tumble dryer, Great price and it's been delivered and installed FOC all within 24 hours. Can't recommend this place enough

Really nice people to deal with
We bought a dishwasher which was integrated and decided to pay the delivery and old appliance removal fee this included the fitting of the new appliance The service provided was fantastic from start to finish even shaving off slight amount of the kitchen kick board to ensure a perfect fit
Two great lads pleasant All in all a fair price and above all great service Will use again in the future
