Commissioned to fabricate some railings. Didn't do it, didn't tell me they weren't doing it, several months later I contacted them to find they hadn't started and they helpfully suggested I find someone else. So I have a dangerous drop in my garden for several weeks / months more while I find a more reliable supplier. Suggest avoid this company.
