I've just wasted 20 minutes ov my life listening to the same recorded messages over and over again. I've just moved home and I'm quite happy for my water to be free but unfortunately I need to register. The onus is on me to register but after trying I genuinely believe the onus should be on the company. If they cannot be bothered to pay enough people to man their phone lines why should I bother to pay or at least arrange to pay. This should never have been privatised.

Tried calling this company several times over a few days. Nobody answers the phone.. and when it does get answered it is only an automated message. I need to sort a billing issue out asap. They have decided to take more money out of my bank account than they should have. You cant just change direct debit amounts without getting my permission!

Not a place but a service. Used the website to set up a account and keep an eye on water bills. Got to say that using a water meter for the 1st time is ideal for us. Just the two of us and saving a lot compared to fixed fee.
Website handy for keeping an eye on balance owed.

Abysmal performance, two days to find and repair water main leak in the road is fair enough but then another ten days before the three holes in the road are filled in and resurfaced is unacceptable, especially being a main road, should have been made a priority. Also lots of sludge and muck just left on the road after completion is disgusting, I would give them no stars if I could. Very very poor.
