She clearly cares about her clients on both sides, selling and buying. She is diligent in chasing and helping to get things moving but empathetic and caring when things get stressful. Having not been involved with estate agents/property dealings for 14 years I was initially sceptical and a little anxious. From start to finish of selling my property( auction) the North shields team consistently went above and beyond.
The 6 week process took longer due to external issues ( illness and land registry)but was superbly managed by the team with regular updates .I can't recommend them enough!

Well I must say that I was sceptical about the approach by Estate Agents usually, but I didn’t want an Internet/Online company. So I thought let me try the nearest one to my home in North Shields…..Boy! did I strike ‘GOLD’. Tracey and the team were completely professional; no pushy sales talk, clearly explained the process, gave examples of house price sales in my area, promoted Website postings/video ads fabulously and set realistic expectations. In no time (3 months), the complete sale went through without a hitch at all.
