Terrible unorganized company. Had an email saying someone's logged into my account. Click on change password, takes me to a different page, contact us page is confusing. Waited 10+mins for the live chat, only to talk to nobody. Finally found the page to change my password, changed it, clicked "save" and it does absolutely nothing. Which leaves me in danger of it being hacked as there site won't work when updating a password. Trading standards should be involved.

Wish they would update the freekin graphics drivers, 3 of my pcs keep freezing up since I upgraded to windows 10. Looks like they should rename either NOV-IDEA or NO-VIDEO. * They have since sorted the drivers out so upgraded their rating, still took them a year though ffs.
