Tried to find out about what action you can take over people allowing dogs out of their gardens, off the lead, to foul alleyways. Found lots of articles about Oldham council not prosecuting anyone for dog fouling in 3 years. Went to OMBC website for 'dog fouling report form', only to find it's been taken off! 'Sorry, this form is not available at the moment' - easy way to avoid work, just don't let anyone report it!
A couple of other neighbours have rung up and complained over last few years, but all OMBC did was send a bloke down to put a couple of postage stamp sized "No dog fouling" signs up!!! These neighbours are inconsiderate, abusive, scruffy low-lifes and no-one should have to put up with it. OMBC need to grow a set and start challenging anti-social behaviour directly, on behalf of the decent, honest people who pay their wages.

Absolutely useless, a waste of space! Happy to charge a fortune in council tax, big themselves up, but in reality, they take no responsibility whatsoever!! How do people like this get a job

Oldham council have no problems in saying how good they are but if you have a complaint boy do they ignore you just the same nowadays you have to make a fuss just to get a answer then they still fob you off
