Very disappointed order a child's signet ring on eBay which links to this company, lead name is Nicky Hall. No confirmation of order, dud scanner code for tracking. Have emailed the company numerous times but have never received any response. Feel very ripped off. if I could give no stars I would.

Took weeks to acknowledge order. Product itself was okay, came in a tiny sealy bag. A jewellery box or even cardboard box would of been better. Did send out recorded delivery for me despite being too late for a birthday.

What a gorgeous product ordered the name necklace for £12 and when it arrived was even nicer than I imagined absolutely made up
