Michael went above and beyond what I would have thought and expected from a service like this. I found him by basically blind dialing, when I was under a time crunch to get a deflective plaintiff in Laguna served. He was responsive, very explanatory of the fees, costs, and the process and actually picked up the phone with every call! I think he is one of those guys who truly enjoys his job and his role in being a part the justice process. This is why I think its important to leave a good review as they will hopefully serve as breadcrumbs to get you to the right guy! I hope everyone has the same experience I did.

Michael was very quick to return my call when I was looking for an immediate process server. I had to actually have him go two separate times for the same case, different documents and both times he got it done efficiently on rushed services. He was also very communicative on how processes work, got my proof of service back to me quickly and offered some advice through his experience. Definitely took a huge load off my plate during a stressful time. Highly recommend!

Don’t use them. You will waste your money. I requested the serve on 08/19 and never got call back from them. I had to call to hear the status for three times a week and Michael has been said “hold on, my server is working on it”. On 09/16 (almost a month from the request date) I heard that I need to reschedule the court date since the required serve date has passed. I lost $106 of serving fee without getting the serve.

Follow up review:
I understand Orange County Process Server want to defend my poor review. But let's be honest. Michael NEVER called me back after the Paypal payment on 08/19. My first contact asking update was 8 days later via email on 08/27, and there was No REPLY to the email. My first phone call asking update was 09/04. I always had to call him to get update. Even though 16 days had already passed at the first contact, I followed his instruction calling back a few days later. After repeating same situation two or three times, he told me that I need to reschedule the court date. I was patient enough. A screen captured image can be provided as a proof for my words if needed.

Shady as heck! Gave him a couple people to serve. Didn't call me back for weeks. Gave me the run around and said he sent me an email. No email found so he re-sends me an email that he altered right then. I guess he didn't he didn't know there is code to every email.

Michael is the 1st person I contacted & after speaking with him I did not feel the need to contact anybody else.
