Having been working through Orbital the last few weeks I must say everything has gone so smoothly from first contact to payroll. I received a message regarding some unloading work in Hucknall 21/22 -08-24.
After a phone call to the office, and filling in the registratration form i was told that someone would be in contact the next day.
At 15.00hrs 20.08.24 i phoned the office as no one had been in touch ,to be told that no container was turning up on those days.
I find it rather rude, that no one as been in touch as they must of known about this before.
A complete waste of time,and its a good job i have a perm job to go to Sept 2nd.
Very poor customer service.

Placed at Acushnet with Orbital firstly on club assembly. Developed issues with dexterity and was moved to stores. I am on my second placement here. Orbital support is great.

Don't get a job at Linney with this agency, they advertise full time with over time yet they will send you a message saying you are not required to work and max you will get out of them is 16 hours a week if you're lucky.

They said that we should go to different shifts with my brother, with one car. There are two shifts at the workplace, which is one of the biggest employers of the area, and they are recruiting countless new workers. She also hung up, after she thought she answered my question. She didn't even bother waiting for the actual question, or find out why did I call them. Extremely impolite company.

I’m quite an anxious person when it comes to phone calls but when speaking to Katie i felt like i could tell her everything. She was so supportive and helped me with every question i had!
