That disorganized, they ask new starters to use up the holidays they don't have.
Put the most skilled workers on zombie jobs (Ex Railway, etc), yet put burger flippers on the "skilled" jobs. Not that they require much skill tbh.
You have to be prepared to kiss the behind of the managers to get anywhere.
