I really rate Osgood's. Every time I've phoned them about an issue with my car, they always just tell me to pop in so they can have a look and even if they can't fix it there and then they always make sure the car is safe and I'm happy. The service is excellent. Even small things like giving the car a once over before I go on a long journey - once you're a customer it feels like you're under their protection. I'd recommend them to anyone.

Went well beyond the 'country mile' to fix a brake issue and spend time analyzing and fixing an issue which a dealer wouldn't bother with and saved me ££££ on the repair (incl. large discount on labour time).

Graham is never too busy to discuss options, best course of action and ways to make the work optimum and cost friendly.

Wealth of knowledge and very informative. Put me on the right track with regards to an Audi warranty issue which they had charged me for but should not have. Was happy also to act as a sounding board and provide ongoing assistance in the matter (unpaid) to ensure a positive outcome.
