Terrible knee support. Very uncomfortable to wear. Slips down every time you sit so you have to keep adjusting it when you stand. Offers zero pain relief and is annoying to wear on top of trousers. Thank god it came via the NHS as I wouldn't have paid £600 for it!!!

I have just spoken to Melissa at Ossur Customer Care and had the most fantastic conversation, understanding and help from her. I had a few suggestions to improve their products and she was incredible understanding and will I'm sure put me in touch with the appropriate people at Ossur. I have been using their products for some months and while they are pretty good there is room for improvements which she seemed very keep to follow up and support. Quite why there has been such damming criticism from another customer I am shocked to read but I guess sometimes people react differently, or they just hit bad luck.
I would certainly not advise to not use this company, indeed if you need their products I could not recommend them highly enough. I'm not a friend, and investor or in any way connected to this company. I just speak as I find and they're superb

I ordered a lubricant spray from you on 9th January and it never arrived. I then rang on 23rd January for you to tell me that my item had been lost by UPS and that I would receive my spray on 24th. It never arrived. I then ring yesterday and spoke to Emma who assured me that I would be receiving 2 bottles before 12pm today (26th). I then get a phone call from Emma at 11.48am to be told that once again my sprays are lost and won’t be coming until MONDAY. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE I can’t believe that twice my sprays have been lost and I suggest you start using a different delivery company. I now have to use my wheelchair as I have completely run out of spray and therefore cannot wear my leg. I can’t go to the local chemist and ask if they sell it as it’s a specialised spray for prosthetic users. I wish I could give you a NO STAR review as I’m appalled at your lack of customer service and the fact that you are so blasé about lost deliveries. Avoid this company

Customer service absolutely second to none. I had a knee brace refurb in which they sent me a new brace, wasn't quite as good as my old one and they took it back and rebuilt it. Giles and Sue were very helpful throughout the process and the quality of the product provided (cti custom knee brace) is excellent. I will always use ossur for my needs and couldn't recommend them enough
