Ottewill recently did a brilliant job of repairing my antique silver-gilt jewelled scent bottle. It involved disassembling and reassembling a spring-loaded push-button release mechanism housed in the lid, removing several nasty dents and replacing a number of missing inlaid jewels that Ottewill managed to source and match up perfectly to the original ones. Further, Ottewill was able to achieve all that without as much as disturbing the original silver-gilt finish. As a result, the scent bottle now looks pristine, as if it had never been damaged at all. I would like to express my gratitude to Sanay Shah and commend Ottewill to anyone in need of a first-class silversmith committed to the highest standards of excellence.

I wanted my late Mother's silver jewellery box refurbishing but wanted to keep it as original as possible. All other places said they could do it but with a plain interior. After speaking to Ottewill they assured me they could replicate the interior. I was not disappointed as the interior is perfection, the exterior has been re-silvered and it now closes properly and no longer has a wobbly leg. It looks wonderful and sits pride of place on my dressing table. Thank you Sanay and your team.

I want to thank Andy and everyone at Ottewill for doing a really outstanding job in restoring my olympic medal to a condition which far exceeded my expectations. I have been looking for a silversmith to restore a precious but very tarnished and damaged silver box given to me by my late grandfather. I found Ottewill through Google searches and contacted them to see if they could repair the box. From start to finish, the communication was superb and when I finally received the box back, I was thrilled to see that they had been able to repair and restore the damaged box back to its former glory.
