DO NOT BUY FROM THESE! If I could give no stars I would. I bought a electric motorbike before Christmas for my son. Due to us going away for Christmas I only opened box xmas eve to set up to see that a wire was broken and was missing the main fuse. Trying to conctact via phone to no luck i emailed. After being closed (but still managing to be updating social media posts) for near 2 weeks over Xmas. I finally recieved a reply to which was useless emails 48 to 72 hours for next reply. Phone always unable to call. Finally managed to sort a date for collection to be sent back for me to take time off work. The courier didn't show up so a days wages gone. Trying to contact them again waste of time. Monday I recieved a call from courier saying they were outside my house. I was at work miles away so had to tell them no and that collection was the friday. To which he replied "they didn't start back till that monday anyways" absolute joke . So when they stopped updating social media and finally got back. I was told I'd have to arrange another pick up date meaning another days wages lost not that they seemed concerned haven't even had an apology for that. So another day awaiting re deliver near a month on from when first recieved. (Trying to make as many excuses as why Santa's not brought my 5 year old his Christmas motorbike back yet and that the elves will be coming soon with it" . So it arrived back and I checked straight away low and behold the fuse missing again, the handle bar clips missing absolute joke . By now at end of my tether I wasn't as pleasant as my other emails but got a reply straight away asking me to curve my language. They got the parts sent out fats fair enough . So upon finally setting up the threads for the handlebars needed to be retapped as they weren't correctly done and bolts didn't fit. Also noticed the front mud guard missing aswel ,so another email and a day after respones to get it out upon fitting this the threads again needed to be tapped. Beyond sending it back and trying to explain to my son further why his bike has to go back to santas workshop. Today has been second time he's been out on it and something is wrong with the motor I've gave up with this company absolute shambolic, the customer service was terrible not one apology or compensation for wages lost and now the thing is broken after 2 uses. Well done what a pathetic company . PLEASE DONT READ THE MORE STAR REVIEWS AND RISK IT ! I DID AND NOW FULLY REGRET IT. The 5stars must be friends of the company because these are shocking!

I bought this huge dumper truck for my grandson for Christmas my husband built it what we didn't realise was the rear wheels turned in opposite directions. Contacted company who asked that we send video however as I live 45 minutes away decided to drive to company. They were very helpful and informed me they would order new motors and have the truck ready in 4 days. True to there word the truck was ready for me to pick up in great working order. I only marked as 4 for my inconvience the company were excellent in resolving my issue

Turned up today, as my little lads quad was losing power. We asked the guy if he could help us figure out the problem.

He took time out to take the batteries apart, test them, establish which battery was causing the problem, offer free advice and even put us in touch with someone who had the battery we needed.

I then asked him how much we owed him and he declined to accept payment.

It is really nice to know that their are genuine people out there, willing to help people out and not just for profit. We are very grateful.

We have one very happy little boy!!

Placed an order for a kids 6v ride on motorbike at 8pm on Tuesday 9th June. I received instant confirmation via email, did go to spam but I knew to check. I received my invoice via email within an hour. I was emailed 1pm Wednesday to say courier had picked my parcel up. Various updates through Wednesday on my parcels progress from couriers. This was then delivered Thursday at 11.55am. Unable to build the bike up yet as its a birthday present for my son. I have looked inside the box and all seems OK and packed well. 100% happy with my service from point of sale to after care, where I got a prompt response to my email I had sent after receiving my parcel. Thanks ride on cars. We will definitely be ordering again.

Bought a petrol quad from them. Supplied with a faulty battery, no great issue in that. However, when I contacted them for a replacement, they tried to fob me off saying it won't charge from the engine on the quad, (which it will), and also ignoring that i'd told them it didn't hold charge for more than a few hours, disconnected from the quad, and having been charged from the mains on the bench.

Absolutely awful customer service been waiting for someone to answer the call for 2 hours. After care service is terrible. Timber is split all the way through and unsafe to use. Won't be using ever again

Dealing with this company was a horrendous experience! Having been promised delivery of a slide within the week in time for a birthday, there then followed a catalogue of incompetence and broken promises, failure to return calls and email, apparently 'booked' courier deliveries that didn't happen. Finally after over a month they admitted they couldn't supply it (was it ever in stock) and cancelled the order saying they'd refund me that day ...which of course more that a week later turned into me chasing them. And through all that ...not a single apology or any admission of failure on their part. An extremely frustrating and upsetting experience. (I only added one star because you have to)
