Updating my review after trying the food that we bought. We got the BBQ pack and would never come to this butcher again

The sausages had virtually no meat and was all grizzle and bread, the ribs had no meat on them and were all bones, the chicken was touch and chewy and everyone spat out the burgers

We ended up having to go to a local butcher to get more meat for our BBQ, it was a shame as the butcher was really nice.

Popped in yesterday for ribs just as he was closing and thought how nice of him to still serve me. Unfortunately when I go home the ribs I paid a tenner for were all bone and gristle. Had he still been open I’d have taken them back. Instead they went straight in the bin….
I won’t go there ever again

Just recently started going, we have the basic sausages (very old passed down recipe) they are perfect, pork loin joint wasn’t on display, after 8 minutes and expert butchery we had a 3lb joint (we were buying M&S joints, a lot of Lardy fat off them) only gelatin meat juice off these. Hot pies are delicious
