Bought over £1000 worth of wholesale supplements with a view to rebrand and sell. Took 3 weeks and several email/phone calls to get delivery. Some of the product we ordered was not delivered. No formulations or excipient listings included with delivery. No QA/QC data with delivery. Website claims we can trust the products and their insurance; no written evidence of this at all. Not able to resell any of these products. Left several messages and sent emails and got no response.

This company has a worryingly poor basic understanding of the products they are selling. I received explicit assurances (from their Ph.D Senior Quality Specialist, no less) that the ingredients they supply are suitable for my application. It was not.

Fortunately I tested the product prior to sale and identified the issue.

When I raised the fault with them there was a degree of hostility, but they eventually accepted they were at fault.

Little consolation for us considering the project is now defunct due to their miss-selling of ingredients, and we are unable to recover the costs.

Had this product gone on sale based on their information, it would have posed a health risk. They were not at all interested in taking responsibility for the problems they caused, and although they did admit, they claim they are not responsible for the fault.

Pretty suspicious that after the first 1 star review there are 5 5-star reviews that follow...but anyway, that aside, they seem to just be an expensive front for Chinese sourced material. From my conversations, they have very little actual knowledge about what they are selling, and you're probably better off going directly to the source.
