We are super pleased with our windows and gorgeous new front door from P&P Glass. Everything from initial consultation, to design, installation and quality of the completed work was superb! Every aspect of the process was expertly managed. All of the staff were lovely and friendly - an impressive ‘can do’ approach. We have internal shutters at all windows. P&P Glass installers were able to remove and refit them without fuss while fitting the new windows. We are already planning to have P&P Glass do the second phase of window replacement (upstairs). We won’t use anyone else. Absolutely recommend P&P Glass. A friend recommended them to us and we are recommending them without hesitation. Thank you!

Went into Guildford showroom via an arranged appointment. Went through exactly the windows and doors we wanted and was asked to send our plans through via email for a quote.

Did that, no acknowledgment. Sent a follow up email just over a week later. No acknowledgment or answer. Sent another today. Will see if that prompts any response. But clearly disappointing and not confidence inspiring. Hopefully this review will prompt some action as I see the MD has responded to other unfavourable reviews. At the very least, he will hopefully learn his staff are letting the business down.
