Absolutely shocking. Spent a fortune on products that never turned up. No one has responded to my emails, and the contact number doesn't work. I've been waiting for nearly 7 weeks already.

I would give 0 stars if I could. Ordered packaging, waited weeks. It didn’t arrive due to a customs declaration their end. I had to chase to find out that my parcel was returned to them or they would never had said anything. They apologised and agreed to refund me. My email was sent to the ‘correct department’. Never heard anything, now it’s been over 2 months and I’m still chasing refund. Will be going through my bank to try and claim the money back. Avoid at all costs!!!

They sent the wrong product, from France. They have continually gaslighted me by saying that the issue is that of a sales rep, then a website and then my own. I have the original order in an email and a screen shot. The wrong product was delivered and they refuse to refund. AVOID AVOID AVOID
